Camera design is superior. Very convinient for user. Many external buttons are allowing to change almost any setting with a second.
Also Anti Shake of camera body is working very effectivelly, and I was able to get terrific results even at 300mm focal lenth without tripod in dim lighting (look at images N10,11 and 12).
Every image uploaded is original, with EXIF data visible for you.
Older 3500xi external flash doesn't work properly with this body. Overexposed images in this album are showing it.
Most cheap lens that I had in my backpak - Quantaray 28-90mm f/3.5- 5.6 is not working with this camera. Body simply dosn't see it. Giving "No Lens Attached" error.. :)
However AF Macro tubes are working fine!!!! Hurrah!
I didnt use RAW here and not extra fine JPG.
All portraits with handheld camera, higher ISO, without flash (I dont like any flash).
Kayakers made with 70-300mm Sigma DL but with AntiShake enabled.
Macros of flowers made with Minolta 50mm f/1.7 lens and Kenko extension tubes.
Night sky shots with Minolta 50mm f/1.7 and Sigma 24mm f/2.8.
Sigma 24 f/2.8 for city/ HWY long exposures.
Look at exif data of each image(under each image mode details).
Some shots are blue or yellowish because I played with WB- Kelvin to start feeling what it does.
