To set up image as wallpaper follow these steps:
1. Click on the thumbnail you like.
2. Below the image locate and click on O size.
3. After image will open do Right Click on the image as choose "Save as" option and save to hard drive.
4. After saving the image open it in Windows Explorer
5. Do Right Click and choose "Set as Background".

Or after saving the file to Hard Drive do following steps:
Start-->Settings-->Contol Panel-->Display-->chose Desktop Menu-->
click Browse button-->Navigate to image location and Double Click on it-->
-->choose "Center","tile", or "Stretch" options from Position dropdown -->
Click Apply button--> Click OK button.
